1) Buses for College Groups
Ideal for large groups travelling across India — perfect for college tours, farewells, fests, and long-distance
trips.

- 42-Seater Coach – AC / Semi AC / Pushback; best for plains & inter-city trips
- 45-Seater Luxury Volvo – Fully AC / Pushback; premium comfort for long road journeys
Best Routes
- Major cities, plains, and highway routes (Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Amritsar, Manali base, etc.)
Limitations
- Restricted in upper hills (Kheerganga, Tosh, Munsiyari, upper Sikkim, parts of Auli/Tawang)
- Narrow roads, hairpin bends, or snowfall can limit access
2) Tempo Travellers (TTs)
Perfect for small groups of 10–25 students and for routes where full-size buses cannot go.

- 11-Seater AC TT – Compact & ideal for hills
- 18-Seater AC TT – Most popular for Kasol, McLeodGanj, Mussoorie, etc.
- 25-Seater AC TT – Larger groups, still flexible on hill routes
Ideal For
- Hill stations, offbeat treks, and popular student routes

Limitations
- Restricted beyond certain heights (Rohtang without permits, Khajjiar, Bhagsunag Waterfall, etc.)
3) Cars (For Staff & Small Teams)
For coordinators or compact groups, we provide comfortable chauffeur-driven AC cars:

- Ertiga – 6-seater economical option
- Swift Dzire – 4-seater sedan; ideal for short travel
4) Trains (Economical & Nationwide Reach)
We offer group train bookings under IRCTC’s educational/student quota with priority support.

Where Large Vehicles Can’t Go

- Permit zones: Rohtang, Zojila, Kedarnath base, Auli top
- We provide last-mile TT or 4×4 vehicles wherever required
Terms & Conditions
- Vehicle Allocation based on group size, terrain, and availability.
- Driver Hours: Max 10 hours/day. Extra charges for extended usage.
- Weather Delays: Landslides, rain, snow, and government restrictions are beyond control.
- Damage: Any vehicle damage caused by students is chargeable.
- Route Changes: Mid-trip changes may add extra KM/charges.
- Train/Flight Schedules follow IRCTC/airline rules.
- Permits for restricted zones will be arranged as per government guidelines.
- Booking Confirmation: 50% advance required; full payment 3–4 days before departure.
