Refund & Cancellation Policy :-
At My College Trip, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and student-friendly while also ensuring we can responsibly manage group bookings and vendor commitments.
1. Trip Cancellation by the Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund rules will apply:

| 21 days or more before the trip | 70% Refund (after deducting non-refundable booking charges) |
| 14–20 days before the trip | 50% Refund |
| 10–13 days before the trip | 25% Refund |

Note: Refunds may take up to 7–12 working days to process back to your original payment method.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
Some charges such as train/flight tickets, hotel bookings, or activity reservations may be non-refundable depending on the vendor policies. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
3. Trip Cancellation by My College Trip
In rare cases where a trip is canceled from our end (e.g., due to safety concerns, low group count, natural disasters), you will receive either:
- A 100% refund, or
- An option to reschedule or transfer your booking to another upcoming trip.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for the trip without prior notice or miss the departure due to personal reasons (late arrival, etc.), No Refund will be issued.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
- Refunds typically reflect in 7–12 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
